  • A non-refundable $50 application fee is due upon your child’s acceptance into the program. A yearly supply fee of $150 is due with your child’s first tuition payment.

  • Thirty days written notice to the School Director is required before withdrawing a child from the school. Director also reserves the right to give parents a 30 days notice of child’s termination from the program.

  • Children in the preschool program bring their own sack lunch. We offer a healthy morning and afternoon snack with a combination of grains/fruits/vegetables & dairy for each program. (If your child has special dietary needs I will do my best to accommodate this, however you may be asked to provide all or part of your child’s snack items.)

  • Many children have a hard time with separation form their parent/guardian. To help make the transition easier for your child be clear with your intent and direct them to me or to the morning circle activity.

Be sure to say good-bye and let them know you will return. Do not try and sneak away. In my experience the quicker and clearer you make the transition the easier it will become for you and your child.

Arriving on time so your child has a chance to explore our morning activity, and be a part of morning learning circle is essential.

Please make sure you are prompt for pick-up times. A $5.00 fee will be charged for the first 15 minutes, and $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes. Please put late arrival fees in tuition box.

In respect for the program and the other children please wait outside the classroom area until class is dismissed from story circle.

Our end of the day circle is a vital time for your child to learn, listen and share, and children leaving in the middle of this is disruptive to your child and the class.

If you need to pick up your child early, or arrive late in the morning, please make prior arrangement with the teacher.
