*** As of 4/1/2021, Heartworks is putting a pause on tours and waitlist applications for the 2021/22 school year, until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will open tours and applications back up as soon as more space becomes available in our program. Thank you for your interest, we look forward to being able to serve you in the future.
Enrollment: Before enrollment in the Toddler or Preschool program at Heartworks Montana is granted all parties must meet and make sure it is a good fit for the family, child and teacher. The program’s intimate atmosphere of no more than twelve children and two teachers, allows the children to learn and explore at their own pace while having ample one on one time with the teacher and peers. Because of this, it is vital that everyone in the program feels comfortable, safe and loved.
Admissions requirements: All of the following forms listed below must be submitted by your child’s first day of school.
***No child will be admitted without current immunization records.

Application and Annual supply fee: A non-refundable $50 application fee is due upon your child’s acceptance into the program. A yearly supply fee of $125 is due with your child’s first tuition payment
Student Withdrawal: Thirty days written notice to the School Director is required before withdrawing a child from the school. Director also reserves the right to give parents a 30 days notice of child’s termination from the program.
Snack/Lunch: Children in the preschool program bring their own sack lunch. We offer a healthy morning snack with a combination of grains/fruits/vegetables & dairy for each program. (If your child has special dietary needs I will do my best to accommodate this, however you may be asked to provide all or part of your child’s snack items.)
Drop off & Pick-up: Many children have a hard time with separation form their parent/guardian. To help make the transition easier for your child be clear with your intent and direct them to me or to the morning circle activity. Be sure to say good-bye and let them know you will return. Do not try and sneak away. In my experience the quicker and clearer you make the transition the easier it will become for you and your child. Arriving on time so your child has a chance to explore our morning activity, and be a part of morning learning circle is essential.
Please make sure you are prompt for pick-up times. A $5.00 fee will be charged for the first 15 minutes, and $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes. Please put late arrival fees in tuition box. In respect for the program and the other children please wait outside the classroom area until class is dismissed from story circle. Our end of the day circle is a vital time for your child to learn, listen and share, and children leaving in the middle of this is disruptive to your child and the class. If you need to pick up your child early, or arrive late in the morning, please make prior arrangement with the teacher.
